Our trusted delivery partners play a crucial role in this process, ensuring that no direct references to latex are visible during transit. Please note that every package must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, arrangements will be made for another delivery attempt or collection from your local post office.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted prior to the commencement of the production phase or before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Returns Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days after receiving the product, provided that the item remains clean and in the same condition as when it was received. Return-related expenses are borne by you unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will cover the costs. For customized items, returns and refunds are only accepted in the event of quality issues; returns for customized items are otherwise not eligible for refunds.
Please note that for non-quality related returns, any platform fees deducted due to the return will be the responsibility of the buyer.
